Insert text adobe reader7/9/2023 ![]() ![]() However, someone reviewing my PDF edits would not be able to know for certain where the new text should be inserted/what text it should replace. The blue text above is what is meant to be inserted. This is what happens when I use the T tool icon: I have Comment, Highlight, Strikethrough, Underline, Draw, Sign, and a capital T icon for a tool that essentially functions like the 'add text comment' feature, not the 'insert text at cursor' tool, in the desktop version of reader. When I go to the Commenting options in the bar at the bottom of the iPad app: ![]() Today am trying out editing PDFs with Apple Pencil and a new iPad using Adobe Reader version 18.07.30, and there are no equivalents to those 2 tools that I can see. I use the 'Replace Text' and 'Insert Text' tools in my desktop iOS version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC all the time when editing PDFs.
